Valentina - Full Spectrum Doula

Valentina is a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator based in Hilversum, the Netherlands. As an Italian mother of three, each of her births has shaped who she is today—teaching her resilience, trust, and the power of support. After experiencing infertility and challenging pregnancies, she felt called to walk beside other women on their own journeys into motherhood. Her mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where mothers feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

She believes every mother carries innate wisdom; sometimes, all she needs is a gentle reminder to trust it. Her work focuses on helping women reconnect with their intuition and confidence—through birth, postpartum, and beyond. Deeply committed to postpartum care, Valentina is passionate about helping mothers rest, heal, and rebuild strength with the right nourishment and support.
