Yes, our Premium Vitamin D can be safely combined with all other Verra products. While some Verra complexes (such as Fertility & Pregnancy, Postpartum, Multivitamin, and Male Fertility Booster) already contain Vitamin D, current data indicates widespread Vitamin D deficiency in the population, especially during winter months. To optimally support your health and immunity, short-term combined use of any Verra complex and Premium Vitamin D is generally acceptable. For personalized advice, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional.
Vitamin D deficiency is notably prevalent in the general population, and even more so among pregnant women. Supplementing Vitamin D is widely recommended for expectant mothers. Our product is formulated to be safe for use during pregnancy; however, for complete peace of mind, we strongly advise consulting your doctor before use.
The distinctive orange color of the oil inside the capsule is entirely natural. Our Vitamin D is dissolved in sea buckthorn oil, which naturally possesses this vibrant hue. As with all our products, it adheres to our "Clean Label" philosophy – meaning no unnecessary additives.
Based on available literature and data, Vitamin D deficiency is a common concern across the population. Since Vitamin D is partially synthesized in the skin through sun exposure, the need for dietary intake increases significantly during winter months. Therefore, supplementing may be beneficial for most individuals during this period, especially given the higher incidence of illnesses. The risk of deficiency is particularly elevated in adolescents, pregnant women, and the elderly.
Given the widespread Vitamin D deficiency, long-term use of Premium Vitamin D at the recommended dosage is generally considered appropriate, provided you are not taking other supplements containing this vitamin. This is particularly true during winter when natural sunlight, essential for Vitamin D production, is limited. We always recommend consulting your doctor, who can assess your health status and potentially suggest a blood test to measure your Vitamin D levels.
Temporarily increasing your dosage to two capsules per day is generally acceptable if you feel under the weather. For maximum certainty and personalized guidance, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional, who is familiar with your health history and can advise on optimal dosing, potentially including a blood test for Vitamin D levels.
