Inositol is a general term, but the most commonly used form is myo-inositol, which naturally occurs in the human body and has proven effects on hormonal signaling and insulin sensitivity. This form is also extensively studied in women with PCOS.
This dietary supplement is intended for women of reproductive age who want to support cycle regularity, hormonal balance, ovarian function, and egg quality—whether to support natural cycle health or when planning pregnancy.
Yes, during development we ensured that the product can be combined with these complexes. The Fertility & Pregnancy Complex and the Menstruation Complex already contain myo-inositol, but in a smaller dose, and short-term simultaneous use is perfectly fine.
It depends on what issue you are currently addressing. The Menstruation Complex provides comprehensive support for hormonal balance, PMS, and menstrual comfort. It contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and herbs—ideal as a complete multivitamin focused on the cycle and mental wellbeing. Myo-inositol & Coenzyme Q10 is ideal for irregular menstruation (or ovulation), suspected insulin imbalance (e.g., in PCOS), or if you want to maximize egg quality. It contains a higher dose of myo-inositol supported by studies. The Fertility & Pregnancy Complex is a broad-spectrum complex with essential micronutrients (including iodine, B12, folate, and vitamin D). It is suitable when planning pregnancy and as a high-quality prenatal multivitamin.
The product contains myo-inositol, coenzyme Q10, vitamin B6, and folic acid. These are substances that naturally occur in the body or are commonly taken as supplements. However, the product was not specifically developed for pregnant women—in this case we recommend our Fertility & Pregnancy complex, which is formulated directly for the needs of pregnant women. In general, the needs of pregnant women can vary significantly, and the suitability of any dietary supplement should always be consulted with your physician or gynecologist, who knows your health condition and any current treatment.
